Homemade Nut Milk Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2-4 cups Raw nuts (almonds/cashews/etc)
- 4-6 cups Water (double the amount of nuts)
- 3-6 Dates
- 1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
Soak the nuts in water for 12-24 hours. Use double the amount of water as nuts.
Add nuts + water, dates & any spices (optional) into blender.
Blend until creamy & smooth.
Add more water to make it more “milk” like.
Enjoy in coffee/tea, with cereal or cookies, or just to drink!
